Представитель Московского культурно-делового центра «Дом Москвы» в Сухуме Мария Соя и руководители организаций российских соотечественников, среди которых был исполнительный директор культурного фонда «Платформа» Дмитрий Статейнов, поздравили ветерана Великой Отечественной войны Марию Глускер со 100-летним юбилеем.
«Уважаемая Мария Захаровна! Сердечно поздравляем Вас с вековым юбилеем! Желаем Вам долгих и счастливых лет жизни в полном здравии и в окружении любящих Вас людей, бодрости духа и отличного настроения! Будьте счастливы», — говорится в поздравлении директора Дома Москвы в Сухуме Александра Бигвава, которое передала ветерану представитель МКДЦ.
Руководители общественных организаций «Центр правозащиты российских соотечественников» в Абхазии, «Гулрыпш. Россодружество» и культурного фонда «Платформа» Елена Жилинская, Валентина Пицевич и Дмитрий Статейнов пожелали Марии Глускер здоровья, благополучия, долгих лет жизни и поблагодарили за мужество и Победу.
Мария Глускер окончила школу медсестёр и в 19 лет была призвана на фронт, однако, всю войну была партизанкой. «В районе Полтавы и Харькова наша армия попала в окружение. Это был ад. Но я молодая была и ничего не боялась. Потом пришлось группам из окружения выходить. Я выходила с тремя бойцами. Это было долго, наверное, с полмесяца. Потом я вернулась домой и год работала в подполье. А когда нашу группу раскрыли, начались аресты. Немцы расстреляли мою сестру, подругу. Мне пришлось уходить в партизанский отряд», — вспоминает ветеран.
Мария Захаровна награждена медалью «За боевые заслуги», орденами ВОВ II степени и Красной звезды, но, как признается ветеран, самой ценной наградой для нее является медаль за работу в подполье и участие в партизанском отряде.
